Diaper Bank Tax Credits are here!
Missouri Diaper Bank Tax Credit — Quick Overview
50% state tax credit on eligible donations of $100+ to a qualified diaper bank (like FC4C).
Available to corporations, financial institutions, S-corp shareholders, partnerships, insurers, express companies, and individuals subject to Missouri tax.
Credit cap: up to $50,000 per taxpayer per year (cannot exceed your MO tax liability that year).
Carryforward: any unused credit may be carried forward to the next tax year.
FC4C is a qualified Missouri diaper bank (Missouri nonprofit; IRS tax-exempt; regularly distributing diapers/hygiene products to multiple partner agencies at no charge).
How it works (simple):
You make a contribution (cash, stock, bonds, or other marketable securities).
We handle the state paperwork and provide you the documentation needed to claim the 50% MO tax credit.
You may also be eligible to take a charitable deduction (consult your tax advisor).
Illustrative example: A $20,000 gift could yield a $10,000 Missouri tax credit, plus any applicable charitable deduction benefits while directly supplying critical diapers and hygiene items for local babies and caregivers.
