Mission Statement

First Chance for Children provides early childhood programs and family resources that support safe and healthy outcomes for children and families across Missouri.

Vision Statement

All families will be healthy, safe and build positive relationships to thrive in community.

2024-2028 Strategic Plan

To achieve our mission & vision the Board of Directors has adopted a comprehensive strategic plan with the following strategic priorities:

– Cultivate resources that are intentionally accessible and inclusive to all families in the counties we serve.
– Build and implement an advocacy-focused brand and marketing strategy that educates and informs at all levels of our communities.
– Develop a contributed revenue strategy that promotes revenue diversification, supports program growth, and strengthens our financial reserves.

Research-based decision making is foundational to all that First Chance for Children does.
